We partake in the Lord's Table to remember the suffering that the Lord Jesus went through to redeem us. Therefore, as you partake in the Body and Blood of Christ, you should have in your mind the picture of being redeemed in whatever you are going through. The Lord's Table is a weapon of warfare in our battle against the devil.
